How you’ll make your mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- Create operative processes for future warehouses and transport services
- Measure and steer logistics service providers (transport and warehouse)
- Set operative standards which serve as a best practice
- Continue to optimize the operational processes
- Work in an international team
- Close collaboration with international departments and country organisations of the ALDI SÜD Group as well as suppliers and logistics service providers
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics or supply chain management
- Relevant professional experience managing logistics service providers (3PLs), preferably in retail sector
- Experience in produce/fresh product operations in warehouse and transport
- Several years of leadership experience
- Can-do attitude who enjoys setting up a project from scratch
- Reliable, structured, and result-oriented way of working in a dynamic work environment
- Very good communication and negotiation skills with a high degree of assertiveness
- Fluent Business English skills

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 59.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
