Argentinian companies return to Macfrut: the Italian-Argentinian Chamber of Commerce in Italy and Sistema MITA, the agreement between the University of Parma and the University of Buenos Aires, are the promoters of the Argentinian stand at Macfrut. Five companies from the South American countries will attend and showcase interesting "counter-seasonal" products for the European market. Below is the list of the companies present and their main characteristics.

The products include kiwifruits, pecan nuts, concentrated citrus fruit juices, spices, yerba mate and peanuts.
Ecco Argentina – CoopeKiwi LTDA cooperative: the company provides packaging and marketing services to its associates. CoopeKiwi holds the GlobalGap certification for its organic kiwifruit exported to Brazil, Uruguay and Europe.

Everything was organized thanks to Sistema M.I.T.A, which involves the Food Technology Master course that has trained over a thousand professionals from the food sector in Argentina and throughout Latin America over the past few years. Trainers include professors, Italian and Argentinian researchers, as well as specialists from the main food industries.
