Huelva's strawberry campaign, which accounts for more than 90% of Spain's strawberry production, is in its final phase, marked by a higher average price than in previous campaigns. According to the latest report of the Price Observatory of the Junta de AndalucĂa, the accumulated volume marketed exceeds 93% of what was initially estimated. Currently, strawberry producers are being paid nearly 1.60 euros/kilo for their product at origin, in contrast to the 1.43 and 1.15 euros/kilo they were paid in the previous two campaigns.
At the international level, Huelva's strawberry has experienced notable increases, with more than 18% in France and 10% in Germany. Moreover, the marketing of the province's raspberries and blueberries is at its maximum point. Blueberries prices remain stable at origin but raspberries have registered significant falls.

The area cultivated with strawberries has decreased by 3.1%, reaching 6,100 hectares. Meanwhile, blueberry cultivation has experienced a slight 0.5% increase, reaching 3,610 hectares, and the area devoted to raspberry has decreased by 21%, to 1,380 hectares.
